How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Most of our items are handcrafted in our Los Angeles studio. In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days, while custom or made-to-order pieces may take 1-2 weeks for production.
What is your return policy for high-end fashion pieces?
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that custom-made garments are final sale.
How do I ensure I am ordering the correct size?
Since our designs often feature corset-style lacing and tailored silhouettes, we recommend viewing our detailed size chart on each product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Shrine of Hollywood ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties.

We pride ourselves on our artisanal craftsmanship. Depending on our current production schedule, we may accept modifications to existing designs. Please contact our customer service team with your specific requests.
