The top layer has been sprinkled with acid rain for a "decayed" appearance. The bottom layer is sheer stretch fabric.. so beware.. the top is see through in the holey parts. The exposed overlocked seams give the top a deconstructed futuristic appearance and accentuate the figure. Zips up the back at the neck for easy accessibility. Comes in sizes Small-XXL. Very cool.
